TERMS OF SERVICE
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you can no longer make it to your class, please cancel within 3 hours. Late cancellations will forfeit their class credit and incur a $10 fee.
NO SHOWS
If you do not show up to your class, the class credit will be forfeited and $15 will be charged to your account. You are required to sign in on the iPad at the front desk when entering the Studio.
CLASS WAITLISTS
You can be added into a class up to 1 hour before a class starts - this includes early morning classes. Please treat the waitlist as a class booking, if you donβt wish to wake up to check if youβve made it into a class, we strongly recommend removing yourself from the waitlist the night before. If you get added into a class and do not show up, this will incur a non-refundable no-show fee.
CANCELLING & PAUSING MEMBERSHIPS
We require minimum two weeks notice for membership cancelations and one week notice for membership pauses. We offer membership pauses for clients going on extended holidays. To cancel your membership, you must have an active membership (not on a current pause). Please email hello@fusionpilatesco.com. We will not accept any communication over Instagram.
COMMUNICATION WITH THE STUDIO TEAM
Please direct all communication regarding memberships or your Momence account to hello@fusionpilatesco.com. We will not accept Instagram direct message.
PRE & POST NATAL CLIENTS
Must be cleared by their doctor or a womenβs physio before coming to class.
